Materials Management Unit is the Supply Chain arm of the company and is critical and central to all the activities of the company. A dedicated, knowledgeable and energetic team of managers and officers mans this vital artery of the company.
The activities of this Unit start early on in the project from the tendering stage itself, and on award of the Contract, it ensures that the correct materials are at site at the correct time and at the correct price, conforming to the stringent quality norms prescribed by the client and consultant.
Our average purchases a day amount to more than $ one million and consist of all the diverse materials required for a variety of projects that we operate in the field of construction, namely, Oil and Gas, Roads & Bridges, Structures and Buildings, Water and Waste water management and the entire spectrum of construction activity in the Sultanate of Oman.
We are also an EPC contractor for many industries in the Sultanate and are in the process of strengthening our design and engineering capacities to keep pace with the demands of the geographical area of our activity. Our strength lies in providing a single window solution to our clients with the best of service, least of delays and zero rejections.
The complexity of our operations involve managing inventories at locations wherever we have a project as well as maintain a transporting and warehousing hub at Muscat for centralized materials. Thus, our warehousing spread covers the entire geographical area of the Sultanate of Oman. We also ensure on line updating of our records and data on a real time basis.
Our supply chain module works on an ERP environment supported by Oracle software making the entire cycle of supply chain transparent and visible for timely action at any point of time.
