QHSSE Systems Unit functions integrally with other Units of Galfar to facilitate continual improvement through Risk Assessments, Corporate QHSSE Plans, Management System Audits, Staff Competence Development, Monitoring Compliance, and carrying management Reviews.<\/p>

QHSE Systems Unit spearheads effective implementation of Quality and HSSE Management Systems by fostering Lean Management initiatives, Flawless Project Delivery Plans, Task Workshops and Training, Campaigns, Reporting of Quality and Safety Observations, Routine and Periodic Inspections, Incident Investigations, Learnings from Incidents, and Corrective and preventive actions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
