Billion ( OMR )
With capability to deliver medium sized EPC contracts in the Industrial sector, this Unit is slated to meet the current and future needs of the industry. Activities have been expanded to cover conventional and green energy projects as well. With several years of proven capabilities in upstream service contracts comprising design, civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation services, the Unit has executed the largest contract in the history of Oman worth more than USD 2 billion.
The Unit handles service contracts, starting from wellhead hook-up up to delivery into and including gathering stations, in different forms for large, medium, and small-sized exploration and production companies including Petroleum Development Oman, OQ, British Petroleum, Occidental Oman, Daleel, and others. The Unit has constructed more than 8000 kilometers of flowlines and pipelines of varying diameters and materials both below and above ground including associated services. Partnering with multinational oil and gas companies, the Unit has carried out complex process requirements both in the upstream oil sector as well as upstream gas sector. Recent works include the construction contract for the Salalah Liquid Petroleum Gas plant,DUQM Refinery and Yibal -Khuff Oil and Gas separation, processing and Sulphur recovery plant.
It has built several oil storages tanks (fixed and floating roof) gathering stations, compressor stations, and Enhance Oil Recovery projects with complete controls and automation including DCS and SCADA control facilities, EPC of blast-proof buildings in the oil and gas sector. The Unit has also designed and constructed power transmission systems from 11 kV to 132 kV and has capabilities of delivering power generation facilities. The Unit boast of a team of 6000 plus highly skilled workforce. The division’s Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) record is unbeatable by others in the sector. With a previous record of being honored with the British Safety Standards “Sword of Honour”, it continues to excel in superior HSSE standards.

EPC Harweel Cluster:
The project encompasses the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning of Phase 2 Facilities, which include: Oil/Gas Separators, Booster Compressor, Condensate Stabilizer Unit, Gas Sweetening Unit, Dehydration Units, Injection Compressor, Gas Conditioning Unit, Export Oil Storage & Pumping, Pipelines, Trunk Lines, and Flow Lines, Manifold Stations & Wells Hook-ups and Electrical Infrastructure.
This comprehensive project aims to deliver a fully functional facility equipped with state-of-the-art components to meet the specified capacities and requirements.
Yibal Khuff:
Construction of new Central Processing Facility in Yibal khuff area which includes Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation works.

Construction & Installation of Gas Gathering System (I& II):
Construction of Approx. 192 kM DSS Underground Gas Pipeline for Gas Gathering System, Block 61 Khazzan. Total 30 Lines which includes Main headers & Sub Headers.
AGI works: Installation of 3.3 kV Power Cables along the pipeline in seperate trench-200kms. Installation of Communication backbone nodes, metal clad distribution substation (MDS).

Contract Provision – Engineering, Sourcing & Logistics, Construction Pre-commissioning & commissioning, Commissioning assistance, Management services.
Mechanical Scope (Flow line & Hook up) – Flow line /Pipeline Design & Construction (new / replacement), Well Hook up Design & construction, HPG well hook ups & Flow lines, Hoist preparation “un-Hook /re-hook” for oil & gas (civil, mechanical, Electrical & instrumentation), MSV & Manifold Design & construction.
