QHSE Systems Unit functions integral with other Units of Galfar to facilitate continual improvement through Risk Assessments, Corporate QHSE Plans, System Audits, Competence Development, Monitoring and Management Reviews. QHSE Systems Unit spearheads effective implementation of Quality and HSE Management Systems by fostering Lean Management initiatives, Flawless Project Delivery Plans, Workshops and Trainings, Campaigns, Reporting of Quality and Safety Observations, Routine and Periodic Inspections, Incident Investigations, Learnings from Incidents and Corrective actions.

QHSE Policies, System Procedures and other supportive QHSE procedures and plans establishes and maintains a dynamic framework that drives the organization to Business Excellence.
